- You can make your reservation by filling in our online form or by calling +34 931 890 040. We are available from 9am to 6pm.
- You can also come to our office in Passeig Lluis Companys, 10 (close to Arc de Triomf) and reserve directly.
- There is no pre-payment necessary in order to formalize your reservation
- During the reservation process it is important that you fill in your contact details correctly.
- In case there is any difficulty with your reservation, our Tour Manager will contact you and suggest you a suitable alternative.
- In order to use the e-Bike properly, we recommend a weight between 35 and 120 kilograms.
- Minors always need to be accompanied by an adult.
- e-Bike Tour participants need to be at least 3 years old.
- We offer solutions so that families can enjoy our Barcelona city tour experiences together.
- The meeting point is below Arc de Triomf.
- Your guide will be waiting for you 5 minutes before the tour start. He wears our corporate cloth and is mounted on a eBike.
- From there you have a short walk to our head quarters BCN Start Point in Passeig Lluis Companys, 10
- Your punctuality is essential for a smooth start of your e-Bike tour
- In case you are late, our guide will be waiting for you for a maximum of 5 minutes, or 15 minutes in case you reserved a private service.
- In case you can not attend your e-Bike tour, let us know so we can reschedule you.
- Rain is usually not a problem in Barcelona, thus we also go on tour when it is raining
- We provide rain ponchos for all participants
- In case you do not enjoy the tour in the rain, we can arrange an alternative schedule
- Before the start we will inform you about the general condition of our service
- We provide a helmet for each participant. All sizes are available.
- In case you never used an e-Bike, we will dedicate 5 minutes to train before leaving.
- We will prepare you to drive fluently and enjoy the streets of Barcelona.
- We drive on sidewalks and bicycle lanes according to the regulations.
- The guide adapts the speed according to the circumstances
- We like you to enjoy Barcelona, while respecting other pedestrians
- You pay our service once the tour is finished and only if you are happy!
- You can carry out your payment in cash or by credit card
